Staff there were friendly, programs were well run, yoga instructors were patience and gave good advices. Food was nice.

Location is too remote such that taxi could not find it. Sign board was not prominent.

Good service. Nice rooms (but make sure you get a room on second floor. Otherwise everyone can look into your bed). Lovely food. Quality yoga, educated and wonderful yoga teachers. Loved to have yoga outdoors right on the beach!! Location on quiet beach. Very informal atmosphere and lovely people and guests. Easy to be a bit social when meals if you want to. Good massage 200 meters from the retreat for 400 bath.

The beach was a bit disappointing- but I loved the place all in all, so it did not matter after a while.

The rooms were too small and run down and across the road from ‘The retreat’ I had booked a double room loft and expected a double room loft for myself , alone. When I arrived I was told I would be sharing. I was moved to a more expensive room 25$+ which was a joke. It should have been less. It was a Shoe box size. This was specifically why I had gotten the double room loft for more space and because everything else was booked up but the descriptions of the rooms are not clear anywhere. The toilet valve broke when I arrived, I couldn’t shower or unpack for hours, the walkways were not lit to this specific area. So you needed rob extra careful. Interior design of the room is cheaply done. Food is pretty good but after day 3 of 6 the appeal is gone. It lacks variety not junk. The fact that the whole place shuts at 8pm and you are tucked in the middle of nowhere doesn’t help with the ‘eating’. The beach is nice but it isn’t a swimmable beach. You are never but knee high deep in water. The yoga isn’t challenging and it’s boring. It doesn’t need to be advanced level all the time but if imthey would mix it up at least. It is a yoga resort. But I supposed they are trying to please a ‘large crowd’. This is an average place. Average food. 3 star accommodation. Very good if you want to lose weight by way of not eating food. If you like your yoga do it yourself.

This was one of the best experiences I have had in a long time. What a great relaxing getaway to focus on yourself and make friends. The instructors are all beautiful people inside and out and really help you to focus internally, while making you feel great externally! With great food, core workouts and lovely people this was an amazing getaway!

The overall service, the staff, the trainers, the massage, the environment, were all excellent and geared to have a retreat of a lifetime. I had opted for a Weight loss program and had lost 5 kg in a week. Tried yoga for the first time and everyone was very understanding and helpful during all the activities.

We booked a double room, but received two rooms with a shared bathroom, which actually turned out to be very convenient. The pool is only for dipping rather then for swimming, and there could be more beach umbrellas and chairs.
